Core Domains Of Care

There are five questions that we ask of ourselves; they are at the heart of the way we work and they help us to make sure we focus on the things that matter to our patients and our staff.

We aim to protect our patients and staff from abuse and avoidable harm.

Our care and treatmet achieves good outcomes and is based on the best available evidence.

Our staff will involve and treat you with compassion, kindness, dignitiy and respect.

Our services are well organised so that they meet our patient’s needs.

The leadership, management and governance of our organisation makes sure that we are providing high-quality care that is based around patients’ needs. We will encourage learning and innovation and promote an open and fair culture.

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Stay at home to stop coronavirus spreading.

You should only leave the house for 1 of 4 reasons:

Shopping for basic necessities, for example, food and medicine, which must be as infrequent as possible.

One form of exercise, for example, a run, walk or cycle- alone or with members of your household.

Any medical need, or to provide care or help to a vulnerable person.

Travelling to and from work, but only where this absolutely cannot be done from home.
