We believe that health outcomes should be the same for everyone
  • Respect
We have respect for individuals, whether they are patients or staff colleagues
We respect the culture and customs of our partner organisations

Core Domains Of Care

There are five questions that we ask of ourselves; they are at the heart of the way we work and they help us to make sure we focus on the things that matter to our patients and our staff.

We aim to protect our patients and staff from abuse and avoidable harm.

Our care and treatmet achieves good outcomes and is based on the best available evidence.

Our staff will involve and treat you with compassion, kindness, dignitiy and respect.

Our services are well organised so that they meet our patient’s needs.

The leadership, management and governance of our organisation makes sure that we are providing high-quality care that is based around patients’ needs. We will encourage learning and innovation and promote an open and fair culture.
